Comprehensive Family Law Representation.
Because Families Matter.
Divorce is difficult: emotionally, mentally, and financially. At Kruse Family Law, PLLC, our goal is to achieve the best results for you, while working to minimize the toll that divorce can take. That doesn't mean that things will be painless -- no one can guarantee that -- but we will do our best to help you navigate the process and successfully manage the changes in your life.
Kruse Family Law is also committed to access to justice for divorcing spouses. We recognize that cost is often an issue that keeps people from utilizing the services of a lawyer in the divorce process. This has led to an increase in self-represented, or "pro se," parties in family court proceedings. Although representing yourself isn't necessarily bad, most people benefit from having some level of legal advice. This is why we offer limited scope representation in addition to more traditional "full" representation. Limited scope representation means that you can hire Kruse Family Law to perform specific tasks, such as drafting a motion, or reviewing a settlement proposal, and handle the rest of your case yourself. Although limited scope representation isn't for everyone, it does allow the opportunity to reduce costs while still getting legal help.
